17-11-2017 Heard Sri Amit Kumar Anand, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 24-08-2017 in Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 448 of 2017 registered for offence under Sections 274, 275, 276, 284, 379, 419, 420, 467, 468 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 27(c), 27(b)(ii), 27(d), 28, 28(A), 30(a) and 30(c) of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and Section 7(a)(ii) of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955, has prayed for grant of bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is having clean antecedent, which fact has been stated in paragraph - 3 of the petition. It has also been argued that in the present case, the drug inspector has maliciously implicated the petitioner.
