Marriage was solemnized in the Year 2015, whereupon deceased Sangita Devi had gone to her sasural where, after staying for three months, was subjected to torture on the pretext of fulfilment of demand of dowry, a motorcycle as well as a chain. The torture had gone to such extent that father of the Sangita/ informant was forced to bring her back to his place, so that she should remain alive. After staying for one year and three months, on an intervention of relatives her Bidai was effected and soon thereafter, she has been sacrificed on account of non-fulfilment of demand of dowry. Petitioner is the husband.

That being so, prayer for bail is rejected.
