In compliance of the order dated 19.10.2022, the petitioner and the informant are present physically in the Court along with their respective counsels.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to keep the informant with full honour and dignity.
Learned counsel for the informant submits that the informant is also willing to accompany the petitioner. The petitioner, who is present in the Court, submits that he will take the informant right from the Court itself to
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17708 of 2022(6) dt.09-11-2022 2/2 which the informant agrees and submits that she too will accompany the petitioner right from the Court. Since the matter stands resolved as the parties are ready to resume their conjugal life, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 112 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
