The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 465, 466, 467, 468, 471, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that Bhart Ji Pathak and Prabhu Narayan Singh assured him to provide job in the Indian Railway and took money.

It is submitted that from the perusal of the entire petition there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner happens to be son of Prabhu Narayan Singh but petitioner did not receive any money nor assured the informant to provide job.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31185 of 2015 (2) dt.31-07-2015 2/2 allegations made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri D. K. Tiwari, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Saran at Chapra in Sonepur P.S. Case No. 402 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
