JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No.3681 of 2018 (Rajeev Nagar P.S. case no. 111 of 2018) for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 18.04.2018 in connection with seizure of 18 litres foreign liquor. Referring to Annexure-2, he submits that coaccused, namely, Arvind Kumar, has been granted bail vide order dated 06.06.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 33765 of 2018. Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
