The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Forty liters of liquor was recovered from the bag of the petitioner.

The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 30.01.2019.

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17127 of 2019(2) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No.41 of 2019, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
