The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 28.03.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12798 of 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners confines his prayer only to the extent of extending the period of surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Complaint Case No. 529 of 2015 pending in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33437 of 2016 (2) dt.17-08-2016 2/2 court of learned ACJM, Patna City, Patna.

The order dated 28.03.2016 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
