2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 353,427 IPC registered in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 501 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and as a matter of fact the petitioner was merely trying to resolve a quarrel between his son and another student. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Learned APP submits that there is direct accusation in the FIR against the petitioner of having assaulted the informant and teacher of the School and also misbehaved with Assistant Teacher and Principal of the School, apart from breaking furniture etc. of the School.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged and considering the specific accusation against the
