Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhagalpur Kotwali (Tarapur) P. S. case no. 694/2013 registered under sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 472 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be director of non-banking company and other two directors of the said company have already been admitted to anticipatory bail by this court as well as coordinate bench of this court.

Accordingly, in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in Bhagalpur Kotwali
