Learned counsel appearing on behalf of State of Jharkhand has informed this Court that steps have already been taken by the District Provident Fund Officer, Bhojpur at Ara, who has communicated with respect to status of contribution made by the petitioner to the District Provident Fund, Bhojpur, Ara.

Mr. Maruth Nath Roy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State of Bihar has informed that he received instruction from the District Provident Fund Officer, Bhojpur, Ara that he will redress the grievances of the petitioner with regard to non-payment of provident fund to him, within 1 week from the date of communication of this order.
