JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-05-2016 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272/273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(f) of the Excise Act. On the information that petitioner is running a liquor manufacturing unit raid was laid when 200 litres of fermented mahua and 35 litres of mahua liquor were recovered. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is nothing on record to suggest that place of seizure belongs to the petitioner. Though the petitioner is accused in one other case of similar nature but he is on bail in that case.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Awatar Nagar P.S. Case No. 52 of 2016, pending in the Court of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22440 of 2016 (2) dt.19-05-2016 2/2 learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saran at Chapra. With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
