2. The petitioner is in custody since 04.02.2020 in connection with Complaint Case No. GO/24 of 2020 for the alleged offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with recovery of 27 litres of Nepali Saufi Liquor. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no concern with the offending goods. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Learned APP appears and has been heard.

5. Be that as it may, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
