Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within four weeks after complete start of the physical Court. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Liquor was allegedly recovered from behind the house of the petitioner. Petitioner has got an identical criminal antecedent.

Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, in my view, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Rivilganj P.S. Case No. 431 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Saran at Chapra/successor Court. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail is refused.
