The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 07.01.2015 passed by learned Sessions Judge, West Champaran at Bettiah in Criminal Revision No. 224 of 2014, by which cognizance has been taken for the offence under Sections 323 of Indian Penal Code.
Considering the materials available on record, no ground
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26027 of 2015(2) dt.15-02-2023 2/2 for quashing of the order dated 07.01.2015 taking cognizance for offence under Sections 323 of Indian Penal Code against the petitioners is made out.
