The petitioners seeks bail in Biharsharif Rail P.S. Case No. 16 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code. Informant in his written complaint has stated that on 18.12.2017, he boarded the train but the same was stopped by chain pulling near Harnaut and 8 to 10 miscreants boarded the train at about 1:15 am near Karnauti halt and started snatching articles from the passengers on the strength of Arms. Petitioner was apprehended on 22.12.2017 and from his possession one mobile has been recovered. It has been submitted that the mobile recovered from the possession is not the mobile which

It has been further submitted that prior to this case one case being Bakhtiarpur G.R.P Case No. 229 of 2017 was lodged against the petitioners but the petitioners have been remanded in that case after lodging of the present case. Petitioners are in custody since 23.12.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Railway Patna Junction, in connection with Biharsharif Rail P.S. Case No. 16 of 2017.
