2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 379, 354, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that this petitioner along with other F.I.R. named accused persons were assaulting husband of the informant and when the family members tried to save him, they were assaulted too.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Allegation of assault against the petitioner is general and omnibus. Injuries caused to the injured are simple in nature. Case and counter case.

5. Considering the nature of accusation and simple

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19886 of 2024(4) dt.19-06-2024 2/2 injury, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Ghosi P. S. Case No. 500 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
