Mr. SRI ASHOK KUMAR ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE S. KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This is an application for regular bail in connection with Bikram P. S. Case no. 61 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioner is that he along with other accused persons chased son of informant when he was standing on the road and fired at his right leg. On raising alarm by the villagers, the accused persons fled away.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has got no criminal antecedent. He has falsely been implicated in the present case due to old land dispute. There is no chance to tamper with the evidence. Not a single witness has supported the prosecution case. According to injury report, injury was

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Danapur, District-Patna, in connection with Bikram P.S. Case no. 61 of 2015.
