The petitioner is in custody since 30.05.2018 in connection with Kutumba P.S. Case No. 84 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner is in custody in connection with seizure of 360 ML foreign liquor. He submits that petitioner is in custody since 30.5.2018.
