Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that tenure of earlier Managing Committee of Madarsa Islamia has now come to an end, accordingly this writ application has

Patna High Court CWJC No.5735 of 2020(6) dt.16-06-2025 2/2 become infructuous, as such he seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with liberty to pursue his remedy before the Madarsa Board, in view of the fact that the new Committee has now been constituted by the Madarsa and has been referred to the Madarsa Board for approval.
