Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the IPC. Allegation is that the accused persons including the petitioner caused death of the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfilment of demand of dowry.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has clean antecedent. He has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submits that in fact the petitioner

Learned counsel for the State, on the other hand, has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner on the basis of the material available on the record as well as the case dairy, submits that there is direct allegation against the petitioner and sufficient material has come during investigation that the petitioner was involved in the present occurrence. Considering the gravity of offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Paliganj P.S.Case No.156 of 2021 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Danapur, Patna.

Prayer is refused.
