Petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Goraul P. S. Case No. 298 of 2017, registered under Sections 30 (a), 41 (i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner is a driver of the Auto Rickshaw, from which 108 liters Tari was recovered. However, the petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 21.11.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioners, Suraj Kumar and Dinesh Kumar are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- ( Ten
