Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Revilganj P.S.Case No. 275 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioners, who happen to be Mukhiya and Panchayat Sewak, is that they have illegally appointed another person in place of informant as Panchayat Teacher.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that for the occurrence of the year 2006 complaint was made in the year 2017 and neither they are Mukhiya nor Panchayat Sewak and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40397 of 2018 (2) dt.12-07-2018 2/2 there is vague allegation against them and informant has filed cases before the Teachers Appellant Tribunal. Heard learned APP also.
Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIII, Saran, Chapra, in connection with Revilganj P.S.Case No. 275 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
