2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Babubarhi P.S. Case No. 346 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 453, 341, 323, 354 (B), 143, 324, 307, 379 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner and others are said to have assaulted the victim. The injuries sustained by the injured have been found to be simple. The petitioner is in jail since 30.12.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing
