2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 326(g), 303(2), 352, 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, these petitioners along with 3-4 unknown persons came to the shop of informant and demanded articles by abusing him. Upon protest, the accused persons looted cash of Rs. 62,000/- and set the shop of informant on fire.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17094 of 2025(2) dt.03-04-2025 2/2 Allegation against petitioners is general and omnibus. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
