JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 04-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gaya R.P.R. Post P.S. Case No. 26 of 2019, registered under Section 3 R.P (UP) Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that the name of the petitioner has been disclosed by co-accused Md. Nausad, Shohel Ahmad, Dilbar Singh, Mukesh Kumar @ Madan and Md. Sanhollah @ Chhotu Khan, who had gone with the vehicle to sell the T.V. Monitor and scanner stolen from the train to the informant and others on their invitation and they have only disclosed that this petitioner is their gang leader. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 11.12.2019 and on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16045 of 2020(2) dt.04-06-2020 2/2 investigation, the Police has already submitted Chargesheet. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.
