Court of Additional District & Sessions Judge, 2nd, Aurangabad, wherein it has been mentioned that the sole appellant of the aforesaid appeal, namely Bhadai Mahto has died 8 years back and in proof thereof, a certificate, issued by the Mukhiya, Gram Panchayat-Kanchanpur, BlockBarun, District-Aurangabad (Bihar), dated 4.1.2024 has been annexed, wherein also it has been stated that the aforesaid appellant has died about 8 years back.

We have no reasons to disbelieve the aforesaid factum of the appellant, having died during the pendency of the present appeal, hence the aforesaid appeal stands abated.
