The application of petitioner no.1 Sabina Khatoon @ Savina Khatoon is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. Heard both sides.

Petitioner no.2 apprehends his arrest in Mahila (Jehanabad) P.S. Case No.39 of 2020 registered under Sections 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further

The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Mahila (Jehanabad) P.S. Case No.39 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
