KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-11-2017 On the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, matter has been placed under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' today. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the last line of para-3 of the order dated 09.11.2017 the word 'informant' has wrongly been typed in place of the word 'petitioner'. Further, in the last paragraph of the said order, the concerned court has been referred as Khagaria, it should be Katihar, although in para-1 and in the body of the petition the concerned court has been referred as Katihar but in the prayer portion of the petition it has wrongly been typed as Khagaria. As such, learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to correct the concerned court in the prayer portion of the petition from
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52258 of 2017(3) dt.17-11-2017 2/2 Khagaria to Katihar.
The order dated 09.11.2017 granting bail to the petitioner may be communicated to the court of Katihar in connection with Katihar (Nagar Sahayak) P. S. Case no. 588 of 2015. The order dated 09.11.2017 is modified to the extent, as indicated above.
