JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 26-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State assisted by learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 498A read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Giriyak P.S. Case No. 333 of 2014.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and in any event, the matter has since been compromised between the parties before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Nalanda at Biharsharif.

4. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 2 (informant) stating that the disputes between the parties have been resolved amicably.

5. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioner's arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of
