In this case, the petitioners are challenging an order taking cognizance dated 21.5.2013 passed in Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 16/2013 (G.R. No. 202 of 2013) whereby cognizance has been taken against the petitioners under Sections 323, 341, 325, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
This Court does not find any error in the impugned order taking cognizance dated 21.5.2013.
