====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-08-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 20.2.2020, passed in Cr.Misc.No.44134 of 2019. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that due to countrywide lockdown, petitioner could not surrender before the Court below within the time stipulated in the aforesaid order. In that view of the matter, modification petition is allowed. Petitioner is granted four weeks' further time to surrender before the Court below in compliance of the said order, passed in connection with Pakridayal Police Station Case No. 28 of 2016.

Order dated 20.2.2020 is modified to the extent indicated above.
