1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ/writs in the nature of mandamus directing/commanding the respondents concerned particularly respondents no.4, 6 & 8, they should ensure the appointment/Joining of petitioner on the post of Class-IV, as recommended by respondents concerned (Annexure-6 Series) against the sanctioned and vacant post in the different departments under
Patna High Court CWJC No.5055 of 2023(2) dt.01-11-2023 2/2 the Govt. of Bihar in the light of the order dated 28.02.2014 (Annexure-4) passed by this Hon'ble Court in C.W.J.C. No.9642/1997 and as well as in the light of the orders dated 08.03.2019, 01.07.2019 and 19.07.2019 (Annexure-5 Series) passed by this Hon'ble Court in M.J.C. No. 470/2015 by way of show cause filed before this Hon'ble Court. The State Government should adopt the same policy for appointment of the petitioner like appointment of others earlier also.
(ii) For dispose of the present writ petition in term of the order dated 28.02.2014 (Annexure-4) passed by this Hon'ble Court in CW.J.C. No.9642/1997 and as well as in the light of the orders dated 08.03.2019, 01.07.2019 and 19.07.2019 passed by this Hon'ble Court in M.J.C. No. 470/2015 as contained in Annexure-5 Series) to this writ application."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.
