2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 8(b), 18 and 29 of the NDPS Act.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 28.1.2025 and charge has been framed in the case on 19.9.2025.

4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the period of custody, prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge cum Special Judge,
