The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 207/2008, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. This is the case of misuse of bail.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was on bail, but as he had gone outside of the State in connection with his livelihood, his bail bond was cancelled on 27.04.2016. He has been languishing in custody since 14.08.2017 and charge in the case has already been framed on 12.09.2017. He has been sufficiently punished for his laches. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner, is directed to be enlarged on bail on
