The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chhapra Moffasil P.S. Case No. 134 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 392 & 411 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding unknown miscreants having looted one Tata Magic vehicle and one mobile from the informant and having fled away.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that no T.I. Parade has been held till date despite the petitioner being in custody since more than eight months, there is no material to implicate the petitioner in the alleged crime and the petitioner has been merely implicated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16683 of 2019(2) dt.01-04-2019 2/2 the present case without any reason. It is further submitted that though the petitioner is accused in three other cases, but he is on bail in those three cases. The petitioner is stated to be languishing in custody since 30.07.2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XII, Saran at Chhapra in connection with Chhapra Moffasil P.S.
