JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-02-2015 Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barh P.S. Case No.273 of 2005 dated 25.08.2005, instituted for offences under section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and section 11 of the Gambling Act. It is alleged that in the hut of the petitioner, gambling activities were found to be conducted. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the land, on which the hut was made, was sold by the petitioner way back in the year 2005 itself by a registered sale-deed. In that view of the matter, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, the sole petitioner, namely, Om Prakash alias Om Sao is directed to be admitted to bail on executing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten
