2. After some argument, counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.4849 of 2023(2) dt.17-08-2023 2/2 seeks permission to avail remedy of appeal under the Bihar Privileged Persons Homestead Tenancy Act, 1947 [Bihar Act IV of 1948].

3. In this view of the matter, the present writ petition is disposed off granting liberty to the petitioner to avail statutory remedy of appeal before the appellate authority and the appellate authority shall decide the appeal within six months upon hearing the concerned parties.
