2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shivsagar (Baddi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 07 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 366 (A) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is said to have eloped the victim girl with an intention to marry her.

4. From the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Cr. P.C., it appears that the petitioner and the victim girl were in a relationship. The petitioner is in jail since 08.01.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Shivsagar (Baddi O.P.)
