The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Karja P.S. Case No. 69 of 2018 dated 08.04.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 353, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have not been named in the F.I.R. and their prosecution is only on the basis of some statement against them which has come during the course of investigation. Some of the accused persons, whose names have been arraigned in the F.I.R. have been granted anticipatory bail by different Benches of this High Court.

No.42157 of 2018(2) dt.20-07-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and taking in account the nature of accusation against them, the petitioners above-named are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 2nd (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Karja P.S. Case No. 69 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) skm/- U T
