2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 325, 326, 307, 452, 380, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 394 of 2014.
3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated and in any event they stand on far better footing than co-accused Makhan Rai who is said to have assaulted with Hasua and has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court.
4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioners'
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28290 of 2015 (2) dt.28-07-2015 arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 394 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
