JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-05-2016 The petitioner apprehends her arrest in relation to Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 74 of 2016 registered under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a lady and is the married sister of the husband of the deceased. Her marriage (petitioner's marriage)) had taken place about two years back and she lives in her sasural. He further submits that this was a case of suicide, where even the husband of the deceased tried to rescue the deceased and in process got heavily burnt himself.
Be that as it may, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the petitioner above
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22023 of 2016 (2) dt.23-05-2016 2/2 named be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 74 of 2016, subject to conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
