The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sarmera P.S. Case No. 145 of 2018 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is a lady. She is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. She has not produced the fake certificate before the committee. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

No.16931 of 2019(3) dt.17-06-2019 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-IV, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Sarmera P.S. Case No. 145 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
