JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-05-2016 The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case under sections 379/411of the IPC and under 40(1) of the Bihar Mines Act on the allegation that his tractor without having registration number was caught carrying sand.

The petitioner submits that he is the owner of the Tractor. He applied for registration of his new Tractor on 2.1.2016 but since he did not get the registration number, as such, the Tractor bore no registration number. In the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender, let the petitioner as mentioned above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.3000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the CJM,
