2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No. 110/2025 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 126(2),115(2),118(1),109(1),303(2),351(2),352,3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the allegation made in the FIR, on account of a previous land dispute, the petitioner and the co-accused wrongfully restrained and assaulted the informant with iron rods and sharp-edged weapons, causing injuries, and snatched his gold chain and Rs. 2,000/- in cash.

4. Considering the specific allegation that the petitioner, along with the co-accused, acted with a common

No.18328 of 2026(3) dt.15-07-2026 2/2 intention to kill the informant had assaulted him on the vital part of the body, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on prearrest bail considering that the injury, though was on a vital part of the body, was simple in nature,.
