JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-07-2018 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sanjhauli P.S. Case No. 34 of 2018 dated 09.04.2018 instituted for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant was waylaid and was divested of his belongings including cash which he was carrying on his person.

The petitioner is said to have been arrested on suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from his possession and till date, he has not been put on Test Identification Parade.

The petitioner is in custody since 01.05.2018 and does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforestated facts, the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40416 of 2018 (2) dt.11-07-2018 2/2 named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sanjhauli P.S. Case No. 34 of 2018.
