The petitioner is in custody since 19.02.2013 in connection with Kachhawa P.S. Case No. 03 of 2013 for the offence registered under Sections 121, 121A and 386 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendments Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not named in the first information report but subsequently, on the basis of the confessional statement made by one of the person arrested from the place of occurrence, the petitioner's name has figured in this case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51891 of 2017 (2) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 the case and that the petitioner has not been placed on T.I. Parade, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas P.S.
