JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-07-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- " (i) To direct the respondents to take action against Respondent No.7 who knowingly and deliberately held the salary of the petitioner from the month of July, 2012 without any rhyme and reasons, due to malafide intention and ulterior motive.

ii. Also to direct the respondents to grant compensation of Rs. 50,000/- to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.25089 of 2013(2) dt.06-07-2023 2/2 petitioner which should be recovered from the Respondent No.7.

iii. Also to direct the respondents to take disciplinary action against the Respondent No.7 for knowingly and deliberately withholding the salary of the petitioner from the month July, 2012."

Considering the nature of relief sought for in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities, for redressal of his subsisting grievance.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
