2. At the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach before the respondent no. 6, the District Programme Officer(Estt), Sheohar for redressal of his grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed, within a period of four weeks from today, the respondent no. 6 shall dispose of the same after affording
Patna High Court CWJC No.4526 of 2024(7) dt.15-02-2025 2/2 opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law considering the judgment passed in L.P.A. No. 1472 of 2018, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.
4. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
