Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with K. Nagar (Srinagar) P.S. Case No.396 of 2017, giving rise to Special Case No.17 of 2017 (C.I.S. No.16 of 2017) (NDPS Act) registered under Sections 20/22 of the NDPS Act. Allegation in brief is that while the police was checking vehicles, intercepted two vehicles, one Bolero followed by a truck and recovered huge quantity of Ganja, 930.4 Kgs. from the truck and 50.910 Kgs. from the Bolero vehicle and the petitioner was found sitting in the truck. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had taken lift in the Bolero vehicle and he was not in

Having considered recovery of huge quantity of Ganja from the truck and the petitioner was also found in the said truck, so the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected.
