2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Siwaipatti P.S. Case No. 10 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304-B/302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner No. 1 is the father-in-law whereas petitioners No. 2 and 3 are sisters-in-law (Gotni) of the deceased who are in Jail since 15.01.2024.

4. Considering the period of custody and also the fact that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners, let the petitioners above named be released on bail,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19305 of 2024(2) dt.02-04-2024 2/2 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM (East), Muzaffarpur in connection with Siwaipatti P.S. Case No. 10/2024.

5. It is made clear that petitioner No. 1 (Nagendra Mahto) will be released after framing of charge if charge not already framed.
